1. Who this covers
Isotropic Books Agent ("the Software") is owned and operated by Isotropic Solutions, Inc. ("Isotropic"). It's internal software. The only permitted users are Isotropic employees and contractors acting on Isotropic's behalf.
The Software isn't sold, licensed, or distributed to anyone else. If you reached this page and you don't work for Isotropic, there's nothing here for you to accept.
2. License
Isotropic grants its own personnel a non-transferable right to use the Software for Isotropic's internal accounting work. That right ends when the person stops working for Isotropic.
3. What you may not do
Authorized users may not copy the Software for use outside Isotropic, distribute it, sublicense it, or use it to access any QuickBooks company other than Isotropic's own.
4. Ownership
Isotropic owns the Software and everything in it. Using it doesn't transfer any ownership.
5. Third-party services
The Software talks to QuickBooks Online, operated by Intuit Inc. Use of QuickBooks is governed by Intuit's own terms, which Isotropic doesn't control and isn't responsible for. Intuit may change its API, and the Software may stop working when that happens.
6. No warranty
The Software is provided as is. Isotropic makes no warranty that it will run without interruption or produce error-free results. It writes to a live accounting ledger, and the people who use it are responsible for reviewing what it does.
7. Limitation of liability
Isotropic isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software. Because the Software is internal and provided at no charge, total liability is limited to zero dollars.
8. Termination
Isotropic may withdraw access to the Software at any time, for any reason, without notice.
9. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
