Isotropic Google Workspace applications

Isotropic Solutions, Inc.

Last updated: 18 August 2026

Who these terms are for

Isotropic Solutions, Inc. operates two Google Chat applications, Ayla and Kaya, inside its own Google Workspace domain. These terms govern their use.

Both are private listings. Only people with an isotrp.com Workspace account can install or use them. If you don't work for Isotropic, there's nothing here for you to agree to.

What you may do with them

Use them for Isotropic's own business: updating the sales and delivery boards, and asking questions about what's on them. That permission lasts as long as your Workspace account does.

What you may not do

Don't attempt to extract the underlying software, resell access, or connect either app to a Workspace domain other than isotrp.com.

The apps are provided as they are

These are internal business tools. Isotropic makes no warranty that either one is available at a given moment, or that what it reports is free of error. Treat the boards as a working record rather than a system of record, and confirm anything that matters before acting on it.

Isotropic isn't liable for losses arising from use of either app.

We may change or withdraw them

Isotropic can modify either app, change what it does, or switch it off, at any time and without notice. These are tools we build for ourselves, so they change when our work changes.

Ownership

The applications, and everything in them, belong to Isotropic Solutions, Inc. Using them grants no ownership or licence beyond the permission described above.
